Issuing No Objection Certificate for Aerial Works using RPAS in the Emirate of Dubai
This service enables the customer to obtain a No Objection Certificate for all Aerial Works in the Emirate of Dubai using RPAS/UAV/DRONES. br/This service is mandatory by all companies who wish to conduct Aerial Works activities in the Emirate of Dubai and shall obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Dubai Civil Aviation Authority

Obtaining the required permissions and/or approvals applicable to these activities from:
Ministry of Defence
Dubai Film and TV Commission
Dubai Police – GHQ
Applicable For Customers
Production Companies and or Companies with Aerial Photography Services in their Trade License activities and RPAS/UAV/Drones operator and equipment are registered with DCAA are eligible to apply for this Services.

Terms and Conditions
All commercial operations need to apply online for assessment and or evaluation as to possible airspace and or protocol restriction reference height, location and other.
Remote Pilot shall be responsible for avoiding collisions with people, objects and other aircraft and shall not harass or endanger people or threaten to damage property.
RPAS/UAVs/DRONES shall not be operated over congested areas, it shall not fly over public or private properties.
DCAA shall be informed for any extension to the NOC issued.
